Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Unfortunately you can’t cancel or change your order with Basic Babe.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email our customer care team at hello@shopbasicbabe.com

How do I know if I placed my order successfully?

An order confirmation email will be sent to you if you have placed your order successfully. Once we have processed your order, we will send your order and shipping details providing you with the option to track the status of your package.

How much is the sale taxes?

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax. For orders shipped within Canada, sales taxes will be applied according to the shipping destination of the associated order. Sales taxes will be calculated according to each province prescribed rate.

How do I know what size to purchase?

Since Basic Babe carries brands that vary slightly in size, please refer to the description below the product to ensure you have ordered the correct size. For your convenience, we’ve also included notes and tips in each product description.

What if the product I receive isn’t the same colour as the product featured online?

We try our best to ensure the true colour of the product is displayed online but due to the slight variations in screens, the colour may appear differently.  If you have any questions about the colour of your product please feel free to email us at hello@shopbasicbabe.com.
