You have thirty (30) days from the date you received your item for a full refund back on your method of payment. Any returns 30+ days can only be returned for STORE CREDIT.

Worn or washed items you receive a defective damaged item or the wrong item, please email us within 24hrs of receiving the item to be eligible for return and refund. All defective, damaged or wrong items will be refunded in full plus shipping.
Items must not be worn, washed, or have any makeup or stains on them. Tags must be attached. Any items that are returned without meeting the criteria above will not be given a refund/ store credit and will be the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping back.
** SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN REFUNDS. ALL RETURN SHIPPING MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER - WE DO NOT INCLUDE A FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.
To ensure you will have an easy and pleasurable experience, please include your name, shipping address, order number, product that you would like to return/exchange and the reason for returning/exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization/Exchange email which will include your Return/Exchange Authorization Number (RA#) and the returning information for you to proceed.
For our U.S. and International Customer Returns
All return items should be declared as “Return of Canadian Merchandise” on the customs declaration. Return packages that do not have this mention on their customs declaration will incur brokerage fee, and delay in shipment. Any additional fees may be deducted from your return at the discretion of Basic Babe.
Please ensure you ship your return package with tracking. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged return packages and will be unable to issue a store credit/exchange/refund if this occurs.
